Lerato Pretorius is the CEO of Polyzomba Rail Contractors a company that specializes in Rail construction and maintenance in South Africa.

Lerato Pretorius is a qualified Project Manager who holds a variety of diplomas in business and banking as well as an MBA.

She spent her early professional years in banking - working for Barclays Bank; Standard Bank South Africa and later Investec Private Bank.

Ms Pretorius changed track and ventured into the world of ICT. Having acquired critical insight into this sector, she embarked on self-employment and started Lehlaka Group with the vision of running a successful Black Female company and empowering females and youth in the predominantly male dominated ICT environment.

She became a shareholder and CEO of Polyzomba Rail Contractors and during her tenure has successfully completed projects Rail Construction.

She is a Platinum Member of Stanford Who is Who International Magazine and a member of IODSA.
